Colville has 15 years experience delivering complex software solutions in the financial services industry. He has held the position of Chief Architect for CSC and Cognizant. His client experience includes working with AXA as Chief Architect and Catlin as Enterprise Architect. He has provided leadership and designed key system architectures for on-line offerings at Hiscox and wrap platform products at Winterthur UK.

Jim Barry co-founded Total Objects, with Larry Sullivan and Vladimir Serbin in 1999. Jim has worked with Larry for nearly twenty years and has successfully implemented many medium and large scale IT projects, many in the insurance and construction sectors. Prior to setting up Total Objects, Jim held several board positions in both private limited and plc companies.

Larry is a co-founder and non-executive director of Total Objects. He is also co-founder of five other niche market software houses including one in Poland and one in Russia. His companies include COINS where he holds the role of Director, and Oasis Solutions where he is Chairman. In 2004 Larry also funded and established the not for profit Stepping Stones, a school for children with hemiplegia, and the COINS Foundation. His past directorships include CSBI SA (Poland), Computerland Poland, CSBI EE (Russia), CSB Meridian, and Matrix Ventures.

Vladimir leads the operations of Total Objects in St. Petersburg, Russia where the company has its off-shore development centre. Vladimir’s previous roles include General Director of CSBI EE, a software house which has been developing products for banks and insurance since 1993, Business Development Director of a scientific firm, UniRem, and Chief Designer in a Russian Navy R&D Institute.

Laurence Shaw has over 25 years experience in IT and business services. His most recent role was Senior Vice President of International Operations for Keane. Laurence grew Keane’s international operations from $20 million (500 staff) to $300 million (4000 staff). He orchestrated a $500 million deal to install contactless smartcard solution to the State of Victoria Melbourne. Laurence has also held executive positions in James Martin + co / Headstrong, Premier Systems and Drexel Burnham Lambert.
