Microsoft requires minor intervention or fine tuning, but does benefit from occasional performance tuning and Total Objects can provide this service as required.

Help Desk:

We have a fully staffed help desk and use electronic incident recording to ensure accurate tracking, escalation and resolution. Facilities are available to report and track incidents on the Internet. Support may also be obtained from any of our worldwide locations by prior arrangement.

Post Implementation Reviews:

Businesses evolve, and new releases of GLOBAL will contain additional functionality. We can audit your implementation to make sure that your business is still getting the best advantage from GLOBAL.
