The Proportional Management module enables cession data to be collected and presented to the outward proportional contracts. Cessions are automatically attached to contracts according to the contract reference and statistical coding.

Draft accounts are produced according to the terms of each contract, such as its accounting currencies, frequency of account, and whether the contract is run-off or clean-cut. Override commissions are calculated depending upon the terms for the contract, or each individual reinsurer. Draft accounts may be adjusted at contract, broker or reinsurer level before producing final accounts.

Final accounts are automatically saved within a history file so that they are available for reprinting on request in the future.

Feedback is created for transfer to the Credit Control module as well as to external systems. The feedback comprises two files: one contains accrual data, which is based on all accounts being issued irrespective of restrictions by frequency of account; the other contains rendered data, which is based on accounts prepared for the final print.
