London, June 2008 - Major international outsourcing and claims management provider Capita/CMGL has joined AXA and Spectrum in implementing the latest version of Total Objects reinsurance management system GLOBAL XLPro. GLOBAL XLPro will be rolled out across 10 of the major run-off accounts managed by Capita/CMGL including Eagle Star, Duncanson & Holt and Equity(Cox). Capita/CMGL provides expert claims management services to risk professionals worldwide and employs over 1,000 insurance professionals in 10 countries. Jerry McArthur, Chief Executive at Capita CMGL said of the announcement, "we see some real benefits which will assist with the major run-off accounts we are managing the outwards recoveries for notably Eagle Star, Duncanson & Holt and Equity (Cox). GLOBAL XLpro has enabled us to fully automate production of collection notes which speeds up the whole process of reinsurance management. This will be enhanced by the production of documents utilising Microsoft Word". GLOBAL XLPro is designed to ensure that clients maximise the achievable recoveries from their excess of loss and proportional treaties. Traditional manual methods, including the use of spreadsheets - invariably lead to costly errors and omissions. These losses can impact dramatically on the bottom line. GLOBAL XLPro is a family of software products designed to manage the complete outward reinsurance requirement. The key modules include Excess of loss, Proportional and Credit control. Tony Russell, Sales Director at Total Objects said " Version 1.15 the latest version of GLOBAL XLPro delivers considerable benefits for users including additional functionality, integration with Microsoft products - all collection notes are produced in MS Word and speed of performance through use of Sequel server. We are delighted with Capita/CMGL's decision to undertake the upgrade. They are one of the markets leading outsourcing and run-off management companies. The road map for GLOBAL XLPro will see version 2 released later in the year. Clients will benefit from further improvement to the user interface with the system completely written in VB.net. Support wise clients will also benefit from utilising our on-line Customer Response Tracking System (CRTS) which now provides real time statistics for tracking of support items. The GLOBAL XLPro team has also been boosted with the recent announcement of Stuart Shenton as Director of the division. His role will be to drive GLOBAL XLPro forward, continue to improve service to clients and be out in the market raising the products profile further." Total Objects is now one of the London Markets leading solutions providers with offices in London and St. Petersburg.
